by Howard Tomb (pg 7-8):

Grade 1: Walking
Grade 2: Walking uphill
Grade 3: Walking up a steep hill
Grade 4: Scrambling over things up a steep hill
Grade 5: Wanting to think about a rope

5.1:  Difficult without legs
5.2:  Difficult on crutches
5.3:  Difficult in high heels
5.4:  Difficult if more than 50 pounds overweight
5.5:  Difficult if clumsy, timid, or unusually short
5.6:  Difficult on first day of climbing
5.7:  Difficult without basic skills and some audacity
5.8:  Difficult without imagination and regular practice
5.9:  Difficult without strength
5.10: Difficult without strength, talent, and grace
5.11: Difficult without exceptional strength, talent, and grace
5.12: Difficult without exceptional strength, talent, grace, and dedication
5.13: Difficult without generous gifts from God
